Chrome extension · Manifest V3
At a convenient interval you choose, DeskFriend taps you on the shoulder with a standing stretch or a guided breath — never more than a minute, and never guilt-trippy about a Skip.

How it works
Every 30 minutes by default (15 to 60, your call) — no server, no account, runs entirely in your browser.
A small window with one of 24 standing stretches, or a guided box-breathing break for when you can’t get up.
Done or Skip. Hit your daily target and the streak — and the sprout on Pip’s head — keeps growing.
Meet Pip
Tap Pip and he goes to sleep — reminders off, and the day doesn’t count against your streak, no guilt attached. Wake him whenever. Chrome has no way to tell “away from your desk” from “on a call, not touching the mouse,” so Pip errs kind: he still shows up, just without stealing focus, until you look over.
What’s inside
Every one of them gets you out of the chair — neck, shoulders, wrists, hips, calves. No seated stretch made the cut.
In 4, hold 4, out 4, hold 4. For the meetings you can’t stand up out of.
Quiet when you’ve stepped away, gentle (not focus-stealing) when you’re just on a call.
One off day doesn’t end a streak — you earn a freeze back every 7-day run.
One tap silences reminders for as long as you need — the day just goes neutral, no penalty.
Every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes — and 1 to 3 stretches per prompt.
Privacy
Everything stays right there on your machine. There’s no account to create, nothing syncs to a company, and nothing about how you use it is collected, ever.
Get started
It’s free, with no ads and no tracking. If Pip’s made your desk days a bit better, you can buy him a coffee. It keeps the project going.
